Here is the English translation of your text:

As part of the "European Green Dimensions" Interdisciplinary Studies within the EU Erasmus+ project, implemented by the Department of Ecology at Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University, an online meeting was held on the topic "Green (Circular) Economy and the Development of a Low-Carbon Economy."

The event brought together students, faculty members, business representatives, and activists committed to building a sustainable future.

The speaker, Professor Olena Mitryasova, presented key topics to the participants, including:

  • The fundamental principles of the circular economy and its significance for global development;
  • Resource efficiency in the economy through historical and modern approaches;
  • Decoupling as a key tool for transitioning to a green economy;
  • Business models that promote sustainable development;
  • Strategies for reducing the carbon footprint.

Special attention was given to the action plan for implementing a circular economy, which involves active collaboration between government institutions, businesses, and civil society.

It was emphasized that the development of a low-carbon economy is a key priority for achieving the climate goals of the European Union and the global community.

The meeting allowed participants to share experiences and gain new ideas for implementing their own environmental initiatives.

The Green Marathon continues! 🌿
