The project is being implemented at the Department of Ecology of Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University. 💚
On March 5, 2025, the topic "SUSTAINAIBLE ENVIRONMENT LAND MANAGEMENT" was presented to the participants. The speaker of this topic was Viktor Smyrnov.
During the meeting, a number of issues were discussed, namely:
🟢Land as a component of the single productive force of nature;
🟢Scientific aspects of land resource use;
🟢Paradigm of balanced land use development;
🟢State policy on balanced land use development;
🟢Legislative changes and reforms in 2024;
🟢Doctrine of balanced development "Ukraine-2030";
🟢Innovative forms of land resource management.
It is noted that land use management, as shown by world practice, should be carried out by applying a complex of state regulation mechanisms and market self-regulatory mechanisms, as well as the potential for their convergence. 📖
The main mission of introducing innovations in land relations management is to promote the formation of an effective ecologically balanced model of nature use in general, since land is not only a factor of production, capital, but also a spatial basis for the placement of productive forces, for which there is a competitive struggle, it was summarized during the meeting. 🏞
